This program, designed to enhance and uplift the academic, social, and policy-related awareness necessary for public administration reform in the Arab region, is promoted by the League of Arab States and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Spanish Government.

This program challenges students to use their previously acquired knowledge and to take it forward by combining it with the skills gained by the masters program in order to promote good governance and policy reform in the Arab World.

The master program is divided into 6 units and a final research project covering different areas of governance such as institutional reform, regional and global governance, accountability, e-government, public leadership, women empowerment, and security sector reform.

This initiative aims to place the Euro-Arab Institute Foundation at the forefront of Governance programs, becoming an international point of reference in Governance studies in the Arab world.
